The Gillow Settee was inspired by drawings in the Joseph Downs Collection of manuscripts at the Winterthur Museum. The Gillow design features a solid wood frame handcarved to resemble bamboo and is finished in a decorative tortoise shell finish. It features a goose feather seat pad. Also available are the Gillow Arm and SIde Chairs. Gillow Tortoise paint is the standard finish as shown.
