This distinct storage cabinet is named after and inspired by the original server owned by famous restaurant entrepreneur Frederick Henry Harvey (1835-1901). Mr. Harvey partnered with the great railroads that traveled through the Southwest, Atchison, Topeka, Santa Fe, and Kansas Pacific areas. Harvey pioneered the business of offering fine dining to railroad passengers. Harvey and his waitresses, the famous Harvey Girls, introduced higher standards of both civility and dining to a region widely regarded as "the Wild West." The original server dates to the late 1800’s, originating from Italy and was gifted to the New Mexico History Museum by Ms. Katherine Harvey, granddaughter of Mr. Harvey.

Frederik is scaled to be grouped, stand alone or flank the Harvey Media Credenza. Frederik offers ample storage with adjustable shelving top to bottom. Frederik is offered with either wood paneling or upholstered paneling with or without nail and/or welt options.
